“I genuinely love coming here—I wouldn’t drive 50 minutes each way if I didn’t! I come here for laser hair removal, and Anu has been wonderful. She’s incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and has helped me understand so much about the laser hair removal process that I didn’t know before. Everyone on the staff is always friendly and welcoming, and they truly deserve a 5-star rating.<br>The only reason I’m mentioning this is because I hope it’s something that can be improved. My appointments unfortunately rarely start on time, and I’ve had to wait an extra 20–30 minutes on several occasions before being seen. I completely understand that delays can happen from time to time, but when it’s a frequent occurrence, it can be a little frustrating—especially when people are scheduling their day around their appointment.<br>That said, this is honestly my only complaint. The quality of the service and the kindness of the staff are why I continue making the 50-minute drive, and I would absolutely recommend this place to others.”
