Michelle hair salon is one of the best salons in Lowell, MA. Kesa is a kind and professional stylist. She helped me figure out what would work best with my curly hair and current color. She did an amazing job and I cannot recommend this salon enough. Her daughter Michelle can be seen there sometimes and she’s definitely a cute bonus!Services: Hair highlighting
