I did some googling and saw great reviews for serendipity so we took a chance and came in.. Kelsey cut her hair and she did an incredible job! My daughter cut over 10 inches off and had a specific style she was going for. Kelsey not only nailed it, but she was super patient with my daughter when she kept tweaking the cut along the way or asking for more to be cut off.
