Instead, I met with Dr. Todd, and I was immediately impressed by how thorough and knowledgeable he was. He took the time to go over everything in detail and seemed genuinely focused on my care rather than selling me an expensive payment plan. He explained my condition, answered my questions, adjusted me during my first visit, and worked with me to create a treatment plan.

One thing I really appreciated was that there was no pressure to pay for a large package of treatments upfront. In fact, I had to remind the front desk that I had a copay. At my previous chiropractor, I felt pressured into making a significant payment before treatment even began, and after two visits, the doctor had never actually touched me.

At Greater Lowell Chiropractic, Dr. Todd adjusted both my back and neck, put me on a roller table, and used a pulsating therapy device as part of my treatment. I left feeling like I had finally received the care I was looking for.

Another huge benefit is their flexibility with scheduling. They can accommodate appointments after I get out of work, which helps me avoid using valuable PTO hours.

I honestly wish I had come to Greater Lowell Chiropractic first. I’m extremely satisfied with the care I’ve received so far and look forward to continuing my treatment plan. Being able to pay as I go, rather than paying for all appointments upfront, is another reason I feel comfortable and confident continuing my care here.
