“I had a great experience at Target Optical in Lowell. This was my second visit with Dr. Tai, and once again, she was friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough with my eye exam. My appointment started a little later than scheduled, but the overall experience was very positive.

While I waited, Tafanzwa was extremely helpful, walking me through my options for updating my prescription and getting new Ray-Bans. He took the time to find available discounts, explain the protection plan, and even recommend a place where I could potentially repair my older frames.

What I appreciated most was that neither of them made me feel rushed. They took the time to answer my questions and help me make informed decisions.
