“Martin is a miracle worker, I tell you! He was recommended to me by a friend after another company kept pushing back my appointment.
I’ve had some truly awful tenants in the past—looked like they’d been ice skating on my hardwood floors, leaving deep, sharp gouges. I know I should’ve fixed it right away, but I waited a few years, which only made the damage worse.
The hardwood floors are original and they’d already been sanded several times, so I thought they were beyond saving. Martin assured me there was still life left in them—and he was right. “I hired TempCo floors to resurface my 1008sf home and lay new flooring in the kitchen and dinning room in preparation to list it for sale. They worked with my schedule to plan it two months out. The owner, Matt, was impressively responsive throughout the whole process. He answered all my questions and responded quickly.

When it came time to do the work, I stopped in the check on the progress and the workers stopped and was proud to show their work. Which gave me confidence in hiring them.

After the sanding and refinishing were complete the owner reached out to communicate the next steps for the kitchen and dining room floors.

“I worked with William last week. I've worked with his dad since 1998. They did a sensational job. They made an old wood floor look new. It really shines. They even got some rough areas to shine that had been under carpets soaked from older dogs. William is very easy to work with, accommodating to my schedule and needs, and most of all, they did a terrific job. In the past, they did a job for me to sand the hard wood until tiles that were removed. But the floor under the tiles needed to be replaced. They replaced the flooring right on the spot that day, and did a terrific job for incredible price. I am already planning to use Alpha Sanding again next year, when I m away. I know the job will be complete when I return and I would be surprised if I wasn't thrilled with their work.“
