“I hired TempCo floors to resurface my 1008sf home and lay new flooring in the kitchen and dinning room in preparation to list it for sale. They worked with my schedule to plan it two months out. The owner, Matt, was impressively responsive throughout the whole process. He answered all my questions and responded quickly.

When it came time to do the work, I stopped in the check on the progress and the workers stopped and was proud to show their work. Which gave me confidence in hiring them.

After the sanding and refinishing were complete the owner reached out to communicate the next steps for the kitchen and dining room floors.

I went with Mago flooring because of the professionalism of communication and detailed breakdown of what their services would include. The flooring was done very well, the painting was average, lots of spots which need to be touched up. “On Christmas Eve at approximately 10 PM I discovered that my finished basement, which I rarely use since the children moved out, was soaken wet everywhere I walked and looked. At the time I did not know the source of the leak, only that its effects were widespread. On the recommendation of a family member to contact Bostonian Cleaning and Restoration, I called late in the evening just wanting to get on their “call back” list. Imagine my surprise when I received a call from them on Christmas morning asking if I needed immediate attention. Having turned off the water and not wanting to disturb anyone’s celebration, I indicated that assistance could wait until the next day. Early the next morning two staff came to my home to assess the damage which they determined to be extensive: all carpet and pads in every room had to be ripped up and ceilings had to be taken down as did parts of some walls. (I note here that this was not simply a visual assessment; they had tools which measure moisture in walls and ceilings.) As explained by the staff, we needed to work quickly to prevent mold and mildew, an important remedy given that I care for grandchildren in my home. Within a few hours a crew was at my home completing the required work. The extent of the damage was documented by the crew in the event I needed to offer proof on an insurance claim. As an important and added precaution, Boston Cleaning and Restoration set up four or five enormous fans and three dehumidifiers in my basement to eliminate moisture. Throughout all of this, the staff and crew were helpful, courteous, and professional. At all times I knew I was receiving excellent guidance and professional care. I cannot recommend more highly the quality of the staff, the excellence of their work, and the care and attention I received from every single person at Boston Cleaning and Restoration…..all during the week after Christmas.“
