When renovating a kitchen and bathroom years ago, I visited Tile Factory and had a great experience. When I was renovating my current master bath, I visited again and found that it was under new ownership. To my pleasant surprise, I received the same level of customer service as I had in the past. John greeted me upon my entrance, was VERY helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating. He helped me choose the perfect tile and ensured I calculated the correct amount needed given that there was limited stock in the warehouse. Delivery to the store was quick and all the tiles were in perfect condition. I would recommend Tile Factory and visit again for my next renovation.

I had huge issues with my contractor, however, everyone from The Tile Factory has been amazing. I have sent many emails and made plenty of calls and they were able to make my vision a reality. I LOVE the tile and grout. THANK YOU!!

We love The Tile Factory! We had a wonderful experience working with Brenda. She was creative, patient, knowledgeable and fun to work throughout the whole project. Their tiles are of the highest quality and their service was superior. Their prices anre exceptional. We are pleased with all our selections and so grateful!
