Thank you Tile Factory! Brenda, Joyce and Ann - all very helpful. Worked with Brenda to select kitchen and bath tile, and tile for bathroom walls. They all were very helpful, took the time to go through all of our choices, came to measure and then to see end result. We are grateful for your expertise, knowledge and support! Thank you!

When renovating a kitchen and bathroom years ago, I visited Tile Factory and had a great experience. When I was renovating my current master bath, I visited again and found that it was under new ownership. To my pleasant surprise, I received the same level of customer service as I had in the past. John greeted me upon my entrance, was VERY helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating. He helped me choose the perfect tile and ensured I calculated the correct amount needed given that there was limited stock in the warehouse. Delivery to the store was quick and all the tiles were in perfect condition. I would recommend Tile Factory and visit again for my next renovation.

I had huge issues with my contractor, however, everyone from The Tile Factory has been amazing. I have sent many emails and made plenty of calls and they were able to make my vision a reality. I LOVE the tile and grout. THANK YOU!!
