They went above and beyond to replace baseboard they didn’t need to and put the flooring into some utility closets which I wasn’t expecting. What really set them apart was the high quality work. “On Christmas Eve at approximately 10 PM I discovered that my finished basement, which I rarely use since the children moved out, was soaken wet everywhere I walked and looked. At the time I did not know the source of the leak, only that its effects were widespread. On the recommendation of a family member to contact Bostonian Cleaning and Restoration, I called late in the evening just wanting to get on their “call back” list. Imagine my surprise when I received a call from them on Christmas morning asking if I needed immediate attention. Having turned off the water and not wanting to disturb anyone’s celebration, I indicated that assistance could wait until the next day. Early the next morning two staff came to my home to assess the damage which they determined to be extensive: all carpet and pads in every room had to be ripped up and ceilings had to be taken down as did parts of some walls. (I note here that this was not simply a visual assessment; they had tools which measure moisture in walls and ceilings.) As explained by the staff, we needed to work quickly to prevent mold and mildew, an important remedy given that I care for grandchildren in my home. Within a few hours a crew was at my home completing the required work. The extent of the damage was documented by the crew in the event I needed to offer proof on an insurance claim. As an important and added precaution, Boston Cleaning and Restoration set up four or five enormous fans and three dehumidifiers in my basement to eliminate moisture. Throughout all of this, the staff and crew were helpful, courteous, and professional. At all times I knew I was receiving excellent guidance and professional care. I cannot recommend more highly the quality of the staff, the excellence of their work, and the care and attention I received from every single person at Boston Cleaning and Restoration…..all during the week after Christmas.”

“I worked with William last week. I've worked with his dad since 1998. They did a sensational job. They made an old wood floor look new. It really shines. They even got some rough areas to shine that had been under carpets soaked from older dogs. William is very easy to work with, accommodating to my schedule and needs, and most of all, they did a terrific job. In the past, they did a job for me to sand the hard wood until tiles that were removed. But the floor under the tiles needed to be replaced. They replaced the flooring right on the spot that day, and did a terrific job for incredible price. I am already planning to use Alpha Sanding again next year, when I m away. I know the job will be complete when I return and I would be surprised if I wasn't thrilled with their work.”
