My wife and I have been using SIMBA for everything, and I really mean everything:
- Redid 1st floor kitchen
- Replaced an external retaining wall
- Repaired two sides of the foundation of our house, they had been dug out to make room for a door at basement-level for the ADU project, but were found to be crumbling and in poor condition in certain spots, SIMBA fixed them, and then they waterproofed one of them that was leaking water into the basement via blockers and French drain
- Poured a new concrete floor in my basement after lowering it by a foot to meet height requirements for ADU conversion
- Upgraded and moved my gas meters from inside to outside

Hired to help replace an exterior door. Simba made sure it was done correctly, in a timely manner, and was willing to pay extra attention to areas of concern. Will hire again!
I had such a great experience using Simba GC for my recent kitchen remodel! Everyone who came to help with the kitchen was an expert - very timely, responsive, and professional. They made the whole experience so easy for us! Thank you to Carlos for handling plumbing, Janilton for the electric work, Ramiro & his team for the cabinet installation, and Kenny for organizing the whole project. Ramiro even offered to use some extra wood to create open shelves, and they look amazing! I highly recommend the team at Simba!
