We had our old deck dismantled and rebuilt with SM Construction and we are very pleased with the result. They were quick to respond to us when we first reached out and they gave us a reasonable quote. Plus they were all so friendly and easy to talk to. We love the way the deck looks and the quality of the craftsmanship. We are excited to use it this summer.
SM construction and design designed and updated mu kitchen with cathedral ceilings, skylights with an open floor plan. I can't express how happy we are that we hired such an amazing company as SM construction and design.
James and Steven were great. They gave us a very fair estimate on our wheelchair accessible ramp compared to other contractors. They produced a contract right away and offered to pull the permits themselves. They did an excellent job when it came to the build - the frame is strong, trex walkway, and vinyl railings and post covers looked great. These guys are perfectionists. Their clean-up was immaculate as well. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a great reno/new build contractor!
