Sam and the crew were super friendly and respectful. There were no hidden costs; Sam told me the prices before performing any work to ensure I was okay with it.
My water heater was 13 years old so it was time for a replacement. Sam got me an estimate within an hour. Greg was quick and responsive to my questions throughout the day. If you need a fast emergency installation, they could schedule you in within the week.

I highly recommend Big Bad Wolfe, LLC. Monte was great to deal with and his crew were polite and friendly and punctual. A problem arose that we did not anticipate but Monte handled it and got the job completed. If I have the need for this service in the future, I will definitely call Monte.

A to Z Tremendous Maids was an excellent choice. They were recommended by a fellow contractor. He uses them for post construction cleanup and trash removal. I called 9 am Monday morning to schedule an appointment for Tuesday 7 am preferably. Customer service was prompt. The young lady Sheisy asked all the right questions.
+ Sheisy acknowledged the urgency of my request and promised to call me back with a plan. Within an hour Ms Tremendous Maid was back to me with a schedule. Three Tremendous Maids for the next morning at 7am. They arrived all equipment and throughly cleaned out a basement that not been cleaned in 45 Year’s. They were Tremendous.

The company did a fabulous job on a difficult project. They were able to match old existing fencing with the new product they put in. The work involved rock walls and tight spaces--and the result was perfect.We found their pricing was fair...they were easy and pleasant to work with, always on time.. So happy we found One Step Beyond! My boys (6 and 9) tried soccer, baseball, flag football, but nothing “stuck” until we discovered karate back in March 2021. Fast forward to two classes a week (soon to be 4 ?), 2 belt tests and now a competition team/weapons (all dull, nothing sharp here), my boys couldn’t be happier. Sensei Marie and Sensei Erin are wonderful with the kids and it’s a wide range of all ages and backgrounds. I can honestly say that karate has also taught my boys discipline, fitness, patience and self esteem. I highly recommend One Step Beyond!

The aerobic water fitness classes on Mon, Tues and Fri consistently are full to the limit with a wait-list. The exec director should offer more classes at more times. Parkway in West Rox has water fitness daily but is not as full and the instructor is better at Menino. Participants in the class come from all parts of Boston even Quincy because the class quality is great.

We recently had mini splits installed in our big-ass Victorian by McMahon. Our house was always freezing in the winter and boiling in the summer. And because of the layout of our place (lots of rooms/no real open areas) we had to have so many window units that it never really cooled anything down. But that's not the case anymore. And we couldn't be happier.
From the start, everyone at McMahon was just awesome to work with. Our first contact was Steven, who explained everything to us and helped us problem solve for what would be the best solution. After we decided that, Ledi did most of the installation (always with a helper). Ledi does more work in a day than I do in 3 months. He was just great (even our pets loved him). The electricians were awesome. Everyone involved was stellar. McMahon even helped us with the MassSave info we wanted to fill out for an interest-free loan that was available.
I can not say enough about them. If you are looking to get any heating or cooling units installed, use them. You will not be disappointed.

Steve came out the same day during a polar vortex and fixed our heating issue quickly. It turns out it was a simple issue on our thermostat and he didn't even charge us! Other companies were quoting $450 just to come out, 2 days later... really appreciate him!
