Andy and his team totally transformed the original hardwood in our new-to-us home. From start to finish, Andy was always prompt in answering calls and emails. He came for a site visit on pretty short notice to measure the space and pointed out areas of wood that were water damaged by the previous owners. During the walkthrough, he let us know that these areas would still be discolored after refinishing so that we were not surprised or disappointed by those spots. He even called again during the project to remind us of this and confirm that the damage unfortunately remained.
