We had River City do a basement remodel in our Medford home and the scope included framing, electrical, insulation, drywall and flooring. Each phase was completed correctly before the next began. The project ran on the timeline they gave us and the cost matched the estimate. Kevin and Edwin were both involved and easy to reach. Good experience overall.
We got three quotes for a kitchen remodel and went with River City not because they were the cheapest but because the planning conversation was the most thorough. That paid off in the execution. The finished kitchen is exactly what we discussed and nothing got lost in translation.
Bathroom in our Cambridge place needed a full gut. Older home so there were surprises behind the walls but they handled it without losing their composure or padding the bill unreasonably. Kevin explained everything as it came up.
