My wife and I had a great experience with the excellent service we received from Stephen. He was well knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of our questions and gave us advice on the proper was to care for our new flooring.
For Truck-Trailer delivery to this address entrance from back side corner of Victoria St and Houghton Rd the streets are very much congested cars on street both side. It’s tricky and easy to backup from road to warehouse The Boston Wood Floor staff is great fast offloading. Having dock available for loading and offloading.

Stephen is a great person and took time to listen to our needs and explain the in and out of the products. The best thing was that when I raised some concerns after going back home and did some research, Stephen proactively called the supplier and clarified my doubts.
