Mass Floor Care did a fantastic job on our floors! We just moved and had them replace tile and cherry wood with white oak, match our existing white oak floors to the new floors and put white oak on our stairs. The job was completed promptly in about 1-2 weeks and Josephine and her team were a pleasure to work with. Josephine was very responsive - I always heard back within minutes if I had questions. She was also flexible and adapted the plans to our requests as needed. Prices were very reasonable compared to other quotes we got. We are so happy we used Mass Floor Care for our new home and definitely would recommend them to others!

I wish I could give Mass Floor Care even more stars! Superior customer service and top quality work! Josephine was wonderful to work with and so patient as we ran into delays with the closing on our new house that required us to keep rescheduling the project. Her team sanded down factory-finished, red oak flooring that was a deep cherry color to remove the grooves. After speaking with Chris about what color I wanted, he prepared several color options. His recommendation was spot on and the floors are now a beautiful light brown color with a satin finish. I love my new floors! Do not hesitate to hire this team!
