“This review is for an annual maintenance done in September 2025 for mini splits by Daniel Ruiz. He arrived on time, neat and very thorough. Made sure to wear booties inside the house and communicated well with us. He made sure everything was working perfectly and draining properly through our gutters. The one year old compressor had some insulation already splitting so he taped and secured it with some zip ties and took photos of the 12 year old compressors’ insulation that is disintegrating to get a quote to replace. Awaiting company to respond. Daniel is very experienced and highly recommend him.“

“David's is the BEST! I used Carters in July of 2024 to clean my oil furnace. I have previously used David's Heating & Cooling located in Merrimac, MA. but Carters pricing is much less expensive. Two nights ago I had the fire department at my home for Carbon Monoxide. Not only did the Carters Technician put the incorrect valve on my furnace but he never vacuumed it out. The incorrect valve and the poor quality of work almost killed my family. We were saved by our carbon monoxide detectors and the fire department. Please take this review seriously. Call David's at 978-346-4216 and spend the $300+ to have your furnace cleaned properly. Your lives are worth it! Pierre hands down is the best technician at David's. He's honest, trustworthy and competent. He fixed all our problems for $500. It was well worth it to have peace of mind entering the heating season.“

“Been a customer of Nick for over 10 years. He did all the plumbing for our two bathroom remodels. He also installed a new boiler and hot water heater. For any unexpected plumbing / heating issue, Nick and his team have been quick to respond. After the Merrimack Valley gas explosions happened in 2018, our water heater stopped venting when it was turned back on. Nick installed a new vent pipe in our chimney. I never knew plumbers even did that work, but he did it -- going up over 30ft on a ladder in the pouring rain.
