Matt was amazing. Work was done very efficiently but he also took the time to explain the changes to my system so I would know how to better operate it. I highly recommend Matt and NextGen Aire

NextGen Aire's owner Matt came to my house immediately after I told him of the water stain I noticed on the ceiling. Before he arrived, he instructed me how to turn off the main water and burner.He worked from 11:30pm until 1:30am. He fixed our heating pipeline so that we could have heating in the night.He was very polite and professional. He used a shoe cover when entering our house, and he cleaned up very well after his work.I am very happy with NextGen Aire and would strongly recommend it to anyone else.

Had a break down of my furnace. Put in for an emergency service call. My call was returned right away and tech was out within 2 hrs. Had a honest discussion after diagnosis and opted for replacement. Quick turnaround of new unit. Left the work area cleaner then when he showed up. Will be using for my future hvac neededs and preventative maintenance.
