We had very layman way of explaining our issue and he was thorough in looking through our whole system and finding the issues. Climbing into our attic (100 degrees+) he noticed several pinched flex pipes and iterated on moving them and checking the flow temp to ensure it was improving. This was something we had been struggling with for 6 years. Great addition to the team! Give him a raise!“
