The technician, Matt, was amazing. He went above and beyond! My A/C compressor got crushed by an ice dam, so the body was mangled, the top was flattened, and the fan couldn't turn. Most guys would have advised buying a new compressor and walked away.
Matt figured out to get the top off and removed the fan and fan casing. He turned into a sheet metal expert in my driveway and hammered out the top and fan casing. Then he straightened out the body enough to get the top back on, reinstalled the fan / casing, and it works great again! With some creativity and extra effort Matt saved me a ton of money!
