PHD Plumbing is going to be my go-to company for household issues for the rest of forever. As first time homeowners, it was super important that they made sure that we got not just what we asked for, but what we actually needed. They were able to give us fantastic advice about our 1960s era plumbing. They did a side-by-side cost break down of two options for fixing our hot water, setting us up to save a ton of money over time. They guided us through a lengthy process of swapping out our old oil heat/boiler system. James personally found two potential house fires in our old set up and averted them by being extra thorough. Highly recommend PHD Plumbing! We had issues with our master bathroom sink and jacuzzi tub. Wasn’t comfortable with the advice of a previous plumber (was told to replace the faucet just by looking at it, no hands-on examination), so wanted a second opinion and called PHD. Turns out the faucet did not need replacing, just new cartridges, saving me a bundle. The tub was challenging to access, but James was tenacious and did an excellent job. He patiently answered all my questions during the process as well. If we have any future plumbing needs, will not hesitate to call PHD, worth every penny for a job well done.
