Tech was great. He gets 5 stars. Unfortunately, the Sears Warranty service ( no just for Sears products) is horrible to work with. It's all A I. You cannot speak with a human. They have you make an appointment, ask you to confirm over and over, then they don't have a tech show up after you have waited all day. Then they ask you to make another appointment. This happens again and again. You have no recourse.
Jim was very good with his evaluation. Just waiting now on the new valve we ordered is the answer to our lack of water problem? It seems the first to I ordered from Amazon are faulty. Jim recommended ordering the same part number from a different vendor.
Ruben did a great job and diagnosed the refrigerator issue accurately. Very personable, as well. Should another issue pop up (but hopefully not :-), we hope to have him again as our go-to service guy!
