We are so happy we hired Raven to restore our old windows. The windows desperately needed the full treatment to bring them back to life. We had a lot of wood rot and decay, misalignment, loud sash weights, broken cords, etc. Now they function beautifully - sashes glide easily up and down, top and bottom rails line up so we can engage the locks, and they have all new weatherstripping. And now they look incredible too. The original wavy glass is lovely and one window with florentine glass sparkles like jewelry. We couldn't be more satisfied. This team works miracles.
