Reached out after another company could not find the cause of a constant error on my navien burner for all of last winter. Vaughan was responsive, came out quickly, found the problem and fixed it that day. Going to service my system with them going forward.

I had an electric water tank replaced a couple of weeks ago and Vaughan did a great job! They were able to get the job booked quickly, showed up on time, completed the job quickly and efficiently, and did amazing work. Especially since they were working in a tight space. They explained the warranty and registering the new tank, as well as how to use the emergency shut off they installed. I'm very pleased!
