“We switched over to using Holmes about a year ago and we have been extremely happy with their service. We have a very old home in Newton and have an AC system that was retrofitted to try to cool this big old house. It has never worked perfectly, but in the past couple years, it’s been extremely problematic. The staff and service people at Holmes have been extremely helpful and have come out multiple times, more than I can count, in the past year to get this system working adequately. Kenny, in particular, is an amazing problem solver, good natured, and has stuck with us through all kinds of complicated issues until he figured out what needed to be done. We have also used their plumbing contractors who were great. We highly recommend Holmes.“
