I urgently needed to cut out 2 vents in my attic, because I was told by other contractors that it’s getting to wet and moldy in there, so I called Frontier Air and they have already sent me a guy next day ready to do the work with all tools and supplies needed. Artyom was very friendly and picky about protecting my house from making a mess, he took his shoes off inside and put rugs everywhere on his area of work and cleaned up after the work was done. “My condenser stopped working right as summer started and I had Sila come by and tell me that I needed a whole system replacement and quoted me 20k. I was ready to replace the whole thing but wanted to get some second opinions and quotes. Lucky I reached out to Dimitry as he came promptly to do a diagnosis and found it was due to a faulty capacitor. He had the part in his truck and was able to swap it out in under an hour. Sila left my unit panel open after they left and I'm not even sure they did any diagnosis of the problem. Do not go with those scumbags!

“My central AC failed during a recent brutal heat wave. The initial service call temporarily resolved the issue, but the technician warned it might not hold. True to his advice, the problem recurred. The service charge for the first call was reasonable and promptly settled. During the follow-up, extensive diagnostics revealed a faulty blower motor covered under warranty, necessitating an order from the distributor.
Rob, our technician, was exceptionally professional and thoughtful. Anticipating our discomfort without AC, he brought us a portable unit from the shop for temporary relief. “We had an emergency at our home and needed a plumber ASAP. We called Mark's plumbing and he came down within 15 minutes to check out the problem. The problem was we had a hole in the cast iron pipe that connects to the toilet and also the sink in the upstairs bathroom. This also connected directly to the sewer line that goes outside the house. He came over and did a professional job along with another problem that we had with the bathroom sink upstairs. He was such an incredible help that day.
