I was able to book online, which was super helpful because I was away. They were totally upfront about costs, which I appreciated. The mechanic showed up on time, diagnosed the problem quickly, got the parts replaced efficiently, and was super professional. Overall an amazingly positive experience!!!
I had 4 wall-mounted Mini Split air handler units installed with the condenser unit outside. Sean and the crew at Accutemp were very easy to work with and their installation was flawless. From the people in the office with scheduling to ensure I would have the work done before the hot summer days start to the workers doing the labor, everything went smooth and professional. I would recommend everybody to use Accutemp for any HVAC needs
After getting about 16 other quotes I went with Sean's team at accutemp. They were by far the most professional and communicative, and they got me up and running with a new furnace in just a few days. No hiccups, no misunderstandings, no funny business with permits and such. Very reasonable price! Top notch guys, very personable. Boris went above and beyond. Will only work with them moving forward.
