“I called Swampscott Refrigeration to inspect my older unit (we have two, one per each floor of our home) as it was blowing cool air, but it wasn't cold. They sent Scott the technician out. He did a great job identifying and resolving the issue - adding freon to the system and tidying up the compressor while he was working on it. I will likely go back to Swampscott Refrigeration when this unit is ready for replacement. Nice job Swampscott Refrigeration and Scott! I really appreciate your service!“

“We worked with Andrew several times recently, having moved into a new home.The first time we needed Andrew was in more of an emergency capacity – we had an issue in our basement that needed very quick attention, and I had gotten his contact info from some recommendations on a social page. Andrew was very responsive, and able to get out to help us with the issue quickly. He stepped through everything that would be required, and provided us an estimate before starting the work. Important call out: even before Andrew came to the property, he was responding to calls and texts and providing us guidance without any commitment. We were so thankful for everything he did. He was professional and on point with his estimates and helped to quickly resolve the issue.From there, we hired Andrew to perform a good amount of work throughout our home, and he recently finished that project. His timelines and estimates were exact. He again walked us through all the changes first, seeking alignment before performing any work and also level set things ahead of time so there were no surprises. He has an extremely good work ethic; he is professional, courteous, kind and ON TIME! He is so conscious of each step and cleans as he goes, removing all debris. I didn’t even know he was here for the most part ! Because a part he replaced turned out to be defective, it required 2 installations. Ted did the work with a day's notice and stayed within the price range he estimated.
