“What a hidden gem! My son's frames were broken beyond repair, I pulled up and searched for some sort of glasses in an hour for he cannot go without because he isn't able to see. When I placed the call the person on the phone was super super amazing! Very polite and understanding.. was trying to see if she had a frame that could fit the lenses.. she said to come in and she might be able to get something for him even if temporary.. well she was able to get the lenses to pop into a frame, and scheduled him an eye exam for the following week. All in all we were in and out with in 15 min! Just noticed that the individual that helped us her name is Shellee, she is the owner and honestly I will be moving my own eye care needs to her as well! If I could give her 10+ stars I would! Honest individual and privately owned!“

“I was very impressed with the professionalism and care I experienced at Advanced Vision Center by Jordan and Dr. Hernandez, as well as the other staff members who helped me at my appointment. I had requested a visit online, and thankfully, I was able to be seen within a few weeks. All my communication with Jordan was so easy, kind, and professional. I was incredibly nervous about this appointment, and I felt put at ease immediately upon entering the office. Dr. Hernandez and her staff were non-judgmental and explained all the tests and procedures, as well as next steps, kindly and confidently. They followed up with me the next day to ensure I was doing ok and helped me arrange a future appointment for further care. I am so glad I chose this practice for my care, and I will absolutely recommend them to anyone that is looking for a wonderful place to receive care for any optical needs!“

“Yes, they took me right away at my scheduled appointment time. Examiner was very excellent, efficient, quick, sense of humor but no nonsense. Skilled at her profession. Didn't 't need three or 5 trues to get the needed test result. Good selection of glasses. The first pair the staff suggested was the pair I bought, after I looked at every pair in the store! lol. They tried to itself me on lenses, which were beautiful but not in my budget. They understood. I'll pick up my glasses soon. I recommend these guys. And oh yeah, they fo really gave all the latest state of the art efficient equipment. Turns out the glasses I bought last time just fell apart after 1 year. Whoever makes thier lenses, maybe its me, but they seem like they are not crafted well.“

“Look at the low reviews. It has nothing to do with the cost or quality of the products. Of course Costco is busy; always has been. You want short lines, go to a high end place and pay 3 times the price, or buy online and roll the dice. I actually think their frame selection is limited and conservative, but again, always has been , so not going to sing them now for that.“

“Glasses can be expensive. But I finally worked with the right person. I got one pair of lenses for free. Due to scratch protection. And the other lenses were $200.00. But they called me back said the price was $120.00 that was my best experience.“
