Look at the low reviews. It has nothing to do with the cost or quality of the products. Of course Costco is busy; always has been. You want short lines, go to a high end place and pay 3 times the price, or buy online and roll the dice. I actually think their frame selection is limited and conservative, but again, always has been , so not going to sing them now for that.

Always too busy, always understaffed. Decent frame selection. Why have a separate line for prepaid contacts if they are just going to service the glasses line? Get a number when you arrive, do not wait politely there for 15 minutes while staff doesnt even tell you toget in the other line. There would be less frustration if there was better signage and communication.

Very busy place. Not the greatest service, however, they do have a very large selection of frames at reasonable prices. If these things matter to you, skip Lens crafters, which is consistently an overpriced nightmare and check this place out. Glasses arrived in less than a week with no problems. Will definitely return!
