ryda is the optician at myeyedr on route one in topsfield mass she did a superb job adjusting my glasses so they are comfortable. i highly recommend them. the entire staff is very friendly. great experience.
Oh wow, what a fantastic experience. Usually one doesn't go for a doctor appointment expecting to get a vibe going for the day, but from AnnMarie checking me in, to Gretchen doing the work up, followed by Dr. Seymour doing the actual exam and finally Rita setting up the glasses, it was perfect. Special kudos to Dr. Seymour, his manner and his knowledge are top notch. I will recommend these folks to any and all. Thank you!
Had a problem with the frames and was told they will give me a new pair then They told me that I couldn't get another pair for free , but after speaking to the manager, she was more than gracious to offer the original solution to the problem, which was amazing
