I went here on the 11th of April and my glasses will be ready around the 28 of April, although i know they said that I have not been able to check any status on line if any says im not a customer and not on file, makes me worried and new to My Eye dr and i have never waited this long for glasses or had a problem checking y order. just looking forward to my new glasses kathy b

The entire team, including AnnMarie, Gretchen, Dr. Seymour, and Rita, go above and beyond to make patients feel valued. Despite occasional issues such as delays and some mistakes with eye exams and glasses, the staff is willing to work with customers to resolve problems and improve the experience. The team, including the staff downstairs like Richard, is super nice, helpful, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. Overall, the business demonstrates a commitment to customer satisfaction and making the process of getting the right lenses a positive experience.

Dr. Seymour (has since retired) and his team are a joy! The entire process is a breeze and Dr. Patel and staff (Erica and Cat) are extremely knowledgeable and kind. I look forward to my next appointment. That’s tough to find in the healthcare world these days!
