We went to get my three year old son his first pair of glasses, and they were amazing. Great customer service from Colleen - she was a wonderful with Niko and made him excited for his orange glasses. Highly recommend this shop.

I have been to North Shore Optical for many pairs of glasses, contacts, and sunglasses. Every time I go in there, I come out with exactly what I was looking for!! The team there is attentive and ready to work with you to find the perfect pair! I highly recommend them!
I’ve used the optical shop several times through the years for my son’s and my glasses and always received quality service but today was EXCEPTIONALLY great customer service when I was helped by Heather to order my new lenses. I wanted to keep my existing frames but wanted just about every coating option you can get on lenses from blue light blocking to scratch resistant to transitions, etc. She was calm, patient and friendly while showing me all the options with real examples. Of course the optical shop was out of network for my vision plan so I planned on paying out of pocket and then try to submit a claim to get reimbursed for some of the cost.
