I would leave zero stars if I could. My son had a contact appointment scheduled and they said it would take an hour within 10 minutes the woman comes out and tells me he will not pass because he is to shaky however I could make another appointment so not only was it $80 for 10 minutes she proceeds to tell me that I should have done research and had him watch videos when I said to her that if it was required to watch videos than when the appointment was made they should have said that and her answer to me was it's not my job to teach you how to parent. She was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and should not be working with customers .

Well, it was cheaper than most other places, and my glasses were ready sooner than expected but don't expect great customer service. The blonde woman there I dealt with has the personality of a tree stump. Not nasty, but just not friendly, or that she seems like she gives a hoot. I just had lenses placed in a new frame, no cleaning cloth, no case, and she wasn't too keen on making any adjustments. I don't think they're happy unless they sell the frame too. Guess I'll have to take them to my old place to get them properly adjusted
