Based on the reviews, Gerard Heating and Air provides reliable heating and cooling services. They replaced a furnace after a flood and were professional, courteous, and quick, with a great 12 year warranty. Customers had an absolutely fantastic experience, noting the best customer service and perfect communication. The company installed a new AC unit and did a good job. They were quick to come and even offered temporary window AC units while waiting for the new unit. Technicians were on time, professional, and gave great advice. They were fully transparent, sent pictures of the work, and addressed all concerns and questions. They treated customers like family and were accommodating. The service was amazing, and customers became recurring members because of the experience.
Replaced old failed central air unit. Easy no hassle, from start to finish. Even did the install on holiday .The best part is they are reasonable. Some companies gave me estimates double the price .
