Based on the reviews, Gerard Heating and Air provides reliable heating and cooling services. They replaced a furnace after a flood and were professional, courteous, and quick, with a great 12 year warranty. Customers had an absolutely fantastic experience, noting the best customer service and perfect communication. The company installed a new AC unit and did a good job. They were quick to come and even offered temporary window AC units while waiting for the new unit. Technicians were on time, professional, and gave great advice. They were fully transparent, sent pictures of the work, and addressed all concerns and questions. They treated customers like family and were accommodating. The service was amazing, and customers became recurring members because of the experience.

Absolutely fantastic experience. The best customer service I have ever experienced from any HVAC business. Communication was perfect, the price was right, and my technician Jacob Jetter was incredible. He went above and beyond to not only service my unit but also to explain every step.
Great AC company. They installed new unit, did a good job. It was a bit difficult to get thru to them at first but once we reached them, they were quick to come. What impressed us the most was that they offered us temporary window AC units in the meantime that we had to wait a week and half for the new AC unit and thank God they did because it was 86 degrees inside the home!
