Based on the reviews, Fayette Heating & Air provides good service. One technician drove from Lexington to Fort Mitchell to snake a clogged pipe and got it cleared, though the price was a little steep at $793.00. Another technician named Ryan was fabulous, very knowledgeable, and took time to explain everything to a 76-year-old female. A repair for a cut grounding wire was handled by two technicians who were professional, friendly, and on time, with no charge to bury it deeper. Devon Griffin was great, informative, and thorough. A technician diagnosed an AC problem, gave repair prices and discounts, and completed the job in one hour with fast and friendly service. The Comfy program is recommended for future service and discounts.
Good service he drove all the way from Lexington ky to Fort mitchell to snake my plpe that was clogged and got it cleared but the price was a little steep for being on fixed income didn't know the price till I checked my bank account it was 793.00 dollars and only snaked 60 foot to the clog.
Ryan was the tech an he was fabulous! Very knowledgeable a took time for a 76 year old female to explain everything to me ! Me other tech was Nathen an he was an asset to the company an is Ryan ! Thank you gentlemen!!
This was for a repair to a cut grounding wire. The grounding wire, when it was installed was sticking up a little too much (tractor mower clipped it)and they came and buried it deeper (no charge) the 2 technicians were professional, friendly, on time, and took care of the problem
