My heat pump went out and I called several HVAC companies to fix it. The first two barely looked at it before telling me to just replace it.
Then Geiler came, inspected the unit and told me it was still under warranty for parts, about $3000. The service tech (Chris) was super nice, thorough and explained everything. It was so great to work with an experienced and knowledgeable professional.
