Howe Heating & Cooling is a trusted, local HVAC company. Customers describe the technicians as very nice, professional, and kind. They arrived quickly and completed everything timely. One technician was prompt and very knowledgeable about HVAC systems, providing great service and being very courteous. Another technician conducted a thorough diagnostic and explained what was found, answering questions and providing information and options without forced acceptance. The pros and cons of each repair and replacement were provided, which was very helpful. One customer’s AC system was not responding accurately to thermostat settings, and the technician discovered the outside temperature sensor wires had been cut. He was able to immediately fix it. Another technician was amazing, honest, and very knowledgeable, having the system up and running in less than 20 minutes while explaining step by step. Customers highly recommend Howe Heating & Cooling and foresee using the company again as needed.
Outstanding costumer service! The technician assigned to my job ran into some issues and was unable to make it to my house on time, so I had to call and cancel. The owner immediately called me to apologize and explain the situation and offered to rescheduled my appointment for whatever time that day (a Sunday) that was convenient for me, which I truly appreciated! Then on Monday the office manager called me to also apologize and ensure I was satisfied with their services.
Colby and Liam did a great job installing our new HVAC system. They were on time, and worked very hard all day. They were not on their phones, wasted no time. They explained everything to me, went over the new filter and new thermostat.
Our HVAC system is fourteen years old. Over the past two months we've had it serviced three times because the evaporator coils keep freezing. I wanted to use a local, small HVAC company.
