I described what I had heard and observed and the technician told me he knew exactly what the problem was. He removed the bad part and put in a new one and the AC began running again.
On the hottest day of the year I came home from work to an 86 degree home after our AC capacitor went bad. Being after hours I left a message at several places hoping for emergency service, but with the severe temps outside I knew these companies were likely slammed and it wasn’t looking good. Thankfully, Tyler from Steve’s called me back and even though he was already home offered to come out and change out the capacitor. He arrived within 30 minutes and got everything running again. The price was fair considering it was almost 9pm and we are very grateful for Tyler and the service we received. We will continue to use Steve’s for any needs we may have....read full review
