“I met Laura earlier this year as my wife convinced me to give pilates a try after working with Laura for some time, with great results I might add.Having done more traditional gym workouts/personal training stuff in the past I didn't really know what to expect. Wow, to my surprise this is the best method I have ever tried...very complete body workout, and **challenging** (which is what I need! ). It emphasizes core strength and awareness, control and precision, and for me it has **vastly** improved my overall balance. I ride a large Adventure motorcycle on and off-road where balance and core strength are critical. I find my riding skills and confidence greatly improved as I have grown with Laura's instruction and guidance in the last number of months, allowing me to tackle off-road challenges I would not have otherwise.With Laura's long experience as a licensed massage therapist, physical therapist and especially a certified Pilates instructor, she has been able to identify and help me begin to correct some issues I have such as tight hamstrings, and a stubborn shoulder (two reconstructions).I would absolutely recommend her to anyone, at any age or skill level.Besides, she's Bad A$$!“

“I have been a competitive runner for 17 years, and I work with Katie at Elite Training and Wellness weekly to build strength, learn new exercises, and box. Although my class is a group setting, Katie is always tailoring the workouts to each person - showing me what I can do to make exercises more challenging, working around my running injuries, etc.. Katie is awesome, so knowledgeable, has a great attitude, and her gym is well equipped. I would absolutely recommend going here whether you are a beginner or an elite athlete!“

It's been almost a year and I just could not recommend this program and Jordan more. Beyond knowledgable and professional, all the trainers there are encouraging and motivating. The gym is clean and well maintained. The atmosphere is energetic and welcoming. I always leave feeling accomplished. If you are looking to make some changes, this is the place!“

I was just visiting friends and family on vacation for a week and dropped in to ask if they ran a special or discounted price for short-time visitors; the owner Brent told me not to sweat it, hop into any class I want and enjoy my time there! The generosity and hospitality alone is enough to make me recommend this place! When peaking at their membership prices, they were definitely reasonably priced for the access you get (cheaper than what I pay in my home-state actually). I only wish I lived in Cincinnati so I could return more often. They have a wide variety of seriously talented and smart trainers. I took the no-gi jiu jitsu classes (one of them being "jiu jitsu fundamentals") and loved both! I got a serious sweat and was able to roll around and learn from some of the other members too. Aaron and Steven are crazy smart, and were very patient with me and my friends (as we're serious rookies haha) and Jeremy's fundamentals class was awesome because he broke everything down into steps and took the time to teach and coach us before letting us spar a bit. All the trainers and managers are super approachable and flexible to your skill set and needs/wants. Not to mention the gym is kind of laid out in a big circle and there's different rooms to accommodate whatever kind of workout you have in mind whether it be in the ring, strength training, or pounding the bags. I had a blast and can't express enough how grateful I was for their patience and hospitality! I hope to be back someday and I'll definitely be recommending them to my Ohio friends!“
