Boxercise workouts are always 10/10. Zach is super knowledgeable of the sweet science. Going to boxercise motivated me to incorporate elements of boxing in my everyday workouts. If you want a workout that will not only teach you about the sport of boxing, but also how to dig deep within yourself and push yourself to your limits and beyond, Boxercise is it!
My first workout with Zach was 30 minutes and I couldn't run up 8 steps!! I eventually ran 2 miles!! I live in another state now and can't find a gym I like. Because Zach isn't there! I became someone who loved to work out. Here's the best part, I was in my 50's.
