Katie is wonderful! We have been working together on my fitness goals for about a month and I can already see and feel noticeable change. She is friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly, understanding. I was pretty much a beginner when I came to my first class, and she worked with me to make sure I was doing everything properly, checking in with me to make sure things felt the way they were supposed to. I really can’t recommend Katie enough, whether you’re a beginner or experienced - she’s the one you want on your team!
