“For the money it's a pretty decent gym. Equipment is generally in good repair and clean. Although for a place that's called a judgment-free zone, they sure do a lot of judging of people THEY consider bad, the so-called lunks. But it's cheap, so you get what you pay for.“

I really enjoy the float pods, they are super relaxing and at a very affordable price compared to what a similar service would cost in other areas of the country. All of the massage therapists are wonderful and they also have delicious smoothies with high quality, whole food ingredients. If you’ve been wanting to try something new, they also offer aerial yoga and the instructor does a wonderful job teaching beginners!“
