I had frozen shoulder that Physical therapy through hospitals for a year and a half that did nothing and worked with Norm for a small period of time, then had 2 stokes many years later and called him from the ICU and started working with him the week after I got out, and the improvements are tremendous! If you are looking for a personal trainer Norman has the knowledge to help with so many things! This place is equipped with the needed tools, and the trainers have the knowledge !!! Custom fir is very organized and clean.”
