“Great staff and clean facilities!! Dawn is a major reason for that! She is always cleaning places no one would notice. Her work ethic makes me want to workout harder!”

“I love this gym!!! It is for every body, wherever you are in your fitness journey!! I do personal training twice a week with Luis, I spin with Cheryl twice a week and I will do a team training class or do some cardio in the movie theater room! I also take advantage of the tanning booth and sauna!! Personal training with Luis is awesome! He tailors my workouts to my strengths and pushes me to be better! Cheryl's spin classes are the absolute best! She takes the time to know all of us personally and challenges us to be the best versions of ourselves! Her music is so much fun too!!! This is the gym for every person that wants to be serious about their workouts and health without worrying about creeps hitting on you!”
