“We would like to highly recommend Ultra Heating and Cool. Of course our furnace quit working on the weekend. So, we were scrambling to find a new company to come out because we were less than pleased with our previous company and their lack of customer service. We called Ultra and left a message and was promptly called back by a very nice person. She set all the expectations on when they would be there and who was coming. This is where the good customer experience became great. Raphael was on time and greeted us with a smile as he was putting on his shoe covers before he entered our home. He had the problem diagnosed and fixed within 10 minutes. He then proceeded to complete the tune up we had purchased. Raphael went above and beyond to provide an amazing customer experience. This was a Saturday and he we never felt like he was rushing or in a hurry to get home or to the next job. Yes, I did sign up for the $14.00 a month maintenance plan. I know that this is the company I want to deal with on general maintenance and when the unforeseen happens with our home. Raphael, keep doing what your doing.
