“He came out evaluated and repaired the problem the same day I contacted him threw Home adviser for central air. I asked him about servicing it for season change and he said really as new a unit as it was I didn't need it. They had very reasonable prices. Will recommend them to friends and use them again if needed.“

“I have used R-Mech for 3 different services. The biggest one was a new HVAC system. My 33 yr old AC died 4th of July weekend. I got quotes from 3 other companies then remembered what a great job R-Mech replacing my hot water heater the year before. Their HVAC person was the only one who checked my electric panel to see if it could support the unit I needed. Other companies tried to sell me a much larger system than I needed.R-Mech gave me the option of paying a little extra to have my install done on a Saturday, rather than wait until Monday. Well worth it! They cleaned up everything and left nothing behind. The service contract offer was no pressure and a good buy. They keep me on track for maintenance. Very efficient systems in place! Polite & respectful. I’m impressed every time and won’t hesitate to hire them again and again.“

AC is now working great, and Mike said I did not need any new equipment, much less a bigger size like Neil Harris told me! I was so grateful he was able to come after hours and fix my problem so quickly, especially with this 100 degree weather several days in a row!“

“Had what I believed was a leaky/busted pipe. Was so relieved to find out it was a water supply line issue. Ashley was so helpful as she worked hard to see if someone could come out ASAP and that we were not further inconvenienced. She told me that they could get someone out later that afternoon, which was perfect! TJ was dispatched to my home. He even called to say that he could get me in sooner rather than later. He took no time figuring out the issue and how to resolve it. To my relief, it didn't cost me the shirt off my back. TJ was professional, efficient, and courteous, and he took the time to explain everything that was going on. I really appreciate their quick response, especially since this was fresh off the below freezing temperatures and snow that we had just a few days before, and it seemed like every plumber was booked. TJ also informed me that they provide heating and cooling services as well as electrical. Good to know as I plan to call them for any services I may need in the future, and also plan to recommend them to family and friends. Keep up the good work!“

“I have a 32 year old Maytag washer/dryer set. The washer stopped working so I called the usual company that I had done business with and was told it was a sensor and that the part was no longer available. A friend recommended Del's. I called and scheduled an appointment. The service Tech was on time and professionally friendly. He determined that it wasn't the sensor but the water valve. The part was ordered and he was back 4 days later to replace the part. The washer is working perfectly!“
