He came by Monday morning and, before he looked at anything, asked what we wanted to have done. He listened to what I was looking for, then looked at our system. He asked great questions and gave me options, but never tried to upsell me or push anything. Incredibly, he and his crew came in Tuesday morning, took out, and replaced both our furnace and A/C unit. The technicians are always polite and professional, which is important because my family is typically at the house at the same time. Recently, Rico completed a plumbing inspection for us and did a great job. He was able to explain some things he found and advised recommendations he had. He also mentioned that our water pressure was low and offered to change it based on our preferences. We will continue to use polestar because the price is competitive.
