“Competent ,knowledge but pricey. Tech was late to the appointment and had to come next day to finish the job. They charged three separate fees, service call fee, labor fee and diagnosis fee, which was little confusing. Their refrigerant rate was more than double then a competitor ( $ 210 per lbs for R-410) which substantially increased the cost of repair. The tech was knowledgeable and diagnose the issue/leak in evaporator coil, however would get second estimate from competitor to ensure being offered a fair price.“

The technicians are always polite and professional, which is important because my family is typically at the house at the same time. Recently, Rico completed a plumbing inspection for us and did a great job. He was able to explain some things he found and advised recommendations he had. He also mentioned that our water pressure was low and offered to change it based on our preferences. We will continue to use polestar because the price is competitive.
