They recently installed a Mitsubishi 3-ton mini split in our new prep room at Tailleur, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. From the very beginning, communication was outstanding. Ian clearly communicated the installation date, arrival time, and exactly what to expect throughout the process.
This wasn't an easy installation, but the crew showed up first thing in the morning and had the entire system installed, tested, and cooling by 5:00 PM the same day. The quoted price included all labor, equipment, and materials, and there were absolutely no surprises.
