Kayla, the Project Manager kept me informed of the process the entire way. She was always accessible via her phone or text and was always prompt to reply. From our initial meeting, to contract signing, to installation, and a follow up upon completion. She made the process extremely easy. Installation went well, as Brian and Ramone were not only courteous but very professional. I appreciated not only the work they performed but the way they respected my home while going in and out.
Jalen was great to work with! This time, he was just out servicing the heater for its regular winter service interval. In the past, Polestar has installed a whole new HVAC system! All the folks have been great to work with. Friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and they’ve always done a good and thorough job at their work.Update: Brandon was out Feb 2024 to inspect and maintain the heater. Same great work and quality!Update: Joe G was out in early Mar 2024 to check the plumbing. Polestar has a free service to members for an annual plumbing inspection. I took advantage of it!
