I booked them mainly because they offered weekend appointments, which is rare around here. Needed recessed lights installed in the hallway and expected a huge mess, but the electrician covered the floors and cleaned up afterward. The lighting looks balanced and much brighter now without feeling too harsh at night.

The Merriam location team were so great and professional with a sense of quality I have never received at other collision/body repair shops. This was all going on during the Christmas and NY's holidays and yet they were on top of communication, customer service and a true helpful attitude. I never felt rushed or pushed aside and they did an amazing job. My car was returned to me promptly, clean and shiny... Denise and Dan were terrific to work with, especially Denise!! Transmission on my Nissan failed, which is not a fun thing to deal with because of the cost and time it takes. They got me a quote and gave me an estimated timeline. The price was right around the rest of the shops I called and they included a warranty for the transmission. And said they could get it done in a few days. Brenden was my service rep and he was great, kept me updated on my car and was polite the whole time.

Emily was my daughters stylist, she was so amazing with her. She was kind, patient, and very well knowledgeable about what kind of cut she could get and how to maintain it. She was also very precise about making sure it was even and cut well, she wasn't doing a rush job. Most importanly she was concerned about making my daughter feel confident with her new look and that she liked it. Absolutely loved Emily and I'm so glad she got paired with my daughter. Amazing experience hope we get her again!!!
