Transmission on my Nissan failed, which is not a fun thing to deal with because of the cost and time it takes. They got me a quote and gave me an estimated timeline. The price was right around the rest of the shops I called and they included a warranty for the transmission. And said they could get it done in a few days. Brenden was my service rep and he was great, kept me updated on my car and was polite the whole time.

She was also very precise about making sure it was even and cut well, she wasn't doing a rush job. Most importanly she was concerned about making my daughter feel confident with her new look and that she liked it. Absolutely loved Emily and I'm so glad she got paired with my daughter.
